DLR Studio Gear Hub
This notice explains what information the Gear Hub collects when you request to borrow equipment, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
When you submit a checkout, soft-hold, or extension request, we collect:
We use this information only to operate the Gear Hub: to process and respond to your request, coordinate pickup and return, and send you approval and status updates by email. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.
Your information is stored in a private database within Google Workspace. It is accessible to the equipment owner you are requesting from and to the operator who builds and maintains the system. It is not publicly visible.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, or to delete it. To make a request, email hello@dlr.studio.
The Gear Hub runs on Google Workspace (including Google Sheets and Gmail) and standard web hosting. Information handled by those providers is also subject to their own privacy policies.
We may update this notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
